Ground has been broken and construction of a new retail building is underway at Thompson Square Center in Monticello, NY. The new Bannett designed 14,200 square foot stand-alone building will accommodate multiple retail tenants, including Five Below and Starbucks. The project sits across the parking lot from Marshalls location we built several years ago. We are excited to be working in the area again. Construction of the new retail building should be completed this spring.
