When Avalon Flooring found their corporate office in need of updating they only had to look up the street to their local design-builder for some help. The Avalon Flooring office renovation project included a complete overhaul of the existing office work area, along with limited updates to the back warehouse. The newly renovated headquarters features a modern open office floor plan with low desks throughout, as well as glass wall executive offices and conference rooms.
Other fun features in the nearly 12,000 square foot space include two small quiet rooms for phone calls, multiple conference rooms and the large 3,800 square foot “cantina” kitchen and lounge space. The building’s exterior received a refinished facade and a new set of windows.
