1945 Route 70 Medical Office Building Transformed
New life was breathed into a vacant former daycare center with the renovation of the 1945 Route 70 Medical office building along a busy corridor in Cherry Hill, NJ. The building’s owner was looking to modernize the facade and interior, as well as update all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to support the needs of a medical office. TBG handled the design and construction of the 18,000 square foot project which included the addition of a new entry to accommodate the conversion to a multi-tenant layout. New modern aspects feature fiber cement fin walls, expanses of floor to ceiling glass to allow for daylight deep into building, deep overhangs for sun shading, metal panel, painted brick and natural wood accents that bring a warmth to the building. The current layout accommodates two tenants, one larger at 13,500 square feet and one smaller at 4,500 square feet.
