At the onset of the urgent care center boom The Bannett Group was contracted by Concentra Urgent Care for the multi-site medical construction of various facilities along the eastern seaboard. Roughly 2,000 – 8,000 square feet per location, the centers contain a lobby/waiting area, nurse’s station and patient rooms, along with a physical therapy rehabilitation space. The project scope and size ranges across the board, as the facilities vary from free standing renovations to shopping center and commercial fit-outs.
