Long-time client, Cooper Health System commissioned The Bannett Group to act as design-builders for the medical office construction of their new urgent care facilities as they began their rapid foray into this highly-competitive, rapidly-expanding healthcare market. Each approximately 3,000 square foot project was different and called for the full range of TBG services. In Audubon, we converted a former bank into a larger urgent care facility. In Cherry Hill, Cooper was able to lease a portion of a supermarket and asked us to create a smaller urgent care office.
