With the popularity of urgent care centers exploding over the last decade, The Bannett Group was happy to be involved with the local MedExpress urgent care construction boom. The centers include both ground up construction of brand new buildings, interior fit outs of in-line stores and renovations of existing buildings that featured additions and exterior work. The 10 locations constructed by The Bannett Group range in size from 4,500-5,000 square feet and feature a large waiting area, multiple exam rooms, x-ray facilities, and a nurse’s station. We look forward to a lasting relationship with MedExpress as they continue their expansion.
