The owners of New York’s well-known Serafina Restaurant brand commissioned The Bannett Group when they chose to add a Philadelphia location to their portfolio that includes restaurants in Los Angeles, Brazil, Japan, Korea, India, Dubai and Turkey. Their newest location was set to occupy a prime corner just steps from Rittenhouse Square in Center City Philadelphia. The design build project included a 5,500 square foot culinary renovation and interior fit-out. The two story restaurant construction incorporated a smooth blend of bright & ethnic and modern & urban decor. Bright yellow awnings and huge folding doors allow the outside to permeate the restaurant in the warm weather.
