The Smaltz (now White’s Harley Davidson) family initially contracted The Bannett Group as construction managers for the addition and renovation of their existing Harley Davidson store and garage in Chester Springs, PA. But after it became clear the family needed greater depth of architectural support to properly carry out their concept, The Bannett Group was commissioned as a design-builder to handle all aspects of the retail design & construction project. Ultimately, the project included 8,000 square feet of renovation and the addition of over 18,000 square feet of new space. Team members from design, estimating and project management collaborated seamlessly to deliver a facility that was revamped virtually across the board, from showroom to garage to gift shop.
