The Million Air FBO airport construction project was exciting for us at TBG and resulted in a truly impressive building. Located at the Westchester Airport in White Plains, NY, the Fixed-Based Operator (or FBO) was built in tandem with the new Million Air Hangar finished the previous year. And as with the hangar, we were involved in the architecture along with the construction of the 22,000+ square foot FBO building. Designed with a sense of rustic luxury, the building features 25,000 pounds of locally sourced stone throughout. Some other incredible amenities include a drive up valet entrance, a fully staffed coffee bar, golf simulator, 6 stone fireplaces, a business center, 3 conference rooms and a pilot’s lounge. The stunning result after years of planning and construction is a project unlike anything ever built by The Bannett Group.
