The 62,000+ square foot Eatontown shopping center renovation project includes tackling multiple existing tenant spaces and interior fit outs, as well as a new pad site shell building. Facade renovation and sitework will also be part of this job, giving the entire retail center a facelift by project’s end. New tenant fit outs include a 27,000+ square foot new Total Wine store and a 9,000 square foot Party City location, along with a new ground up pad site store. The Bannett Group will also be responsible for the design of all the landlord work throughout the entire center.
