Construction of the re-imagined Olga’s Diner in Marlton, NJ marks the new incarnation of a beloved south Jersey institution. The Bannett built ground up restaurant construction project resulted in the new 7,500 square foot restaurant, complete with a sleek, modern interior design and exterior signage reminiscent of the iconic Olga’s sign of the past. The restaurant interior features a large 2,100 square foot kitchen and multiple dining rooms, the largest of which boasts color changing LED accent lighting.
