Construction of a new 4,540 square foot Panera Bread location was recently completed in Manahawkin, NJ. The out of the ground store was built simultaneoulsy alongside site work for the entire 3.5 acre retail site. This is our first venture with Panera Bread, adding a new brand to our QSR construction portfolio. A new stand alone 5,000 square foot Chick-fil-A location was also constructed by The Bannett Group on the same retail site. Construction of both restaurants included patio space and drive thrus.
