The overhaul of an established shopping center in Eatontown, NJ was a phased, multi-store project, mixing renovation with new construction. Exterior facade renovation was completed for four storefronts, including that for three new tenants, as well an existing Wells Fargo store. Two new interior fit outs included a 27,000 square foot Total Wine store and a 9,000 square foot Party City. Two new pad site buildings were also constructed, a 3,000 square foot Sleep Number store on one side of the center and a 5,100 square foot Chick-fil-A restaurant on the other side, following demolition of an existing building. All project site work and land lord work for future tenants was completed as well.
