Kingsway Assembly of God

Cherry Hill, NJ

As the congregation of Kingsway Assembly of God Church began to exceed the space of their facility, they tasked The Bannett Group with developing a church renovation plan to create more room to support their growth.

A true design-build endeavor, the church worked diligently with The Bannett Group architects & project managers to create a spectacular new entrance and lobby vestibule that serve as the centerpiece of the exterior. New classrooms & daycare facilities and a 400-seat sanctuary renovation are just some of the interior renovations.

Overall, 17,000 square feet of new and re-purposed space was constructed for Kingsway Assembly of God Church current and future worshipers.

MedExpress Urgent Care

Cherry Hill, NJ

In an effort to aggressively compete in the rapidly expanding urgent care market, MedExpress acquired a former auto-repair shop on a main traffic artery in Cherry Hill. The Bannett Group was charged with a complete site and building renovation and turned this former eye-sore into a visually appealing urgent care center.

Rothkoff Law Offices

Cherry Hill, NJ

The commercial office renovation of Rothkoff Law Offices was a unique design build project that involved an extensive interior fit-out, as well as a second floor addition that bridged two existing office buildings into one space. The challenge came in designing the connective aspects internally and externally, while also updating both existing exteriors to coordinate with and complement the middle addition.

The 6,500 square foot conjoined conversion is a great example of how to maximize the benefits of the design build process for a commercial office renovation.

Buffalo Wild Wings

North Brunswick, NJ

Buffalo Wild Wings has begun to renovate some of its older properties in an effort to incorporate several of the design elements that have helped make the company’s new “stadia” design such a huge success with its customers.

As a trusted partner with several “stadia” projects under its wing (pardon the pun) and well over 20 BWW projects overall to its credit, The Bannett Group was a natural choice to help give some older locations like this one in North Brunswick, NJ a newer look.  Check out these before and after images of the exterior.

KOMFORT & KARE

Magnolia, NJ

Komfort & Kare is a leading retailer of home healthcare and mobility equipment, braces, post-surgery products, and aging-in-place solutions. The location it chose was previously occupied by an auto parts retailer. The Bannett Group transformed it into a bright, modern solution center unlike any home medical equipment supplier. The bright, homey space features a test track, a working stairlift, car ramp, a bath safety environment and other hands-on demos and displays.

Holy Redeemer Visiting Nurses Office

Elizabeth, NJ

Holy Redeemer Health System was looking to modernize their existing visiting nurses administrative office in Elizabeth and The Bannett Group was happy to take on the project. The design-build project, completed in 2015, included the demolition of an existing building for a brand new two story lobby area and the renovation of office and administrative space. The new visiting nurses office facility included roughly 15,000 square feet of new or renovated space, in addition to exterior facade work and sitework to reconfigure the existing parking lot area.
