A new Party City retail fit out was part of a larger shopping center renovation in Eatontown, NJ. The 12,068 square foot store, utilizing a vacant section of a current Best Buy, featured landlord renovations necessary to prep the space, new roof top HVAC units, as well as a new storefront and façade. In addition, the shopping center renovation included other tenant fit outs, additional landlord work, new pad site construction and site work throughout the entire center.
