Total Wine Retail Renovation Makes Use of Vacant Space
The interior fit-out for the large wine and liqour retailer was part of the bigger Eatontown shopping center retail renovation project. Transforming a section of a previous Babies R Us location into the new 27,111 square foot store included prior landlord renovations to divide and prepare the space. The project also featured a new roof, new roof top HVAC units, loading dock ramp and doors and a brand new storefront and exterior façade. In addition, the shopping center renovation included other tenant fit outs, additional landlord work, new pad site construction and site work throughout the entire center.
