With the recent construction boom of self storage locations happening across nation, we were excited to branch out to a new geographical region with construction of a new Public Storage in Dearborn, MI. The facility was a renovation of two single story former office buildings to create a new self storage facility, totaling over 107,000 square feet of readily available space. An office and entryway was created, along with modifications of HVAC, electrical and plumbing. While the region may be new for us, building self storage units is not!
