National retailer Floor & Decor has been steadily expanding for the past decade building new locations of their large tile and flooring stores across the Northeast. We were excited to work together building our first Floor & Decor in Aspen Hill, MD. The 83,000 square foot store was an renovation of a former Kmart location, transforming it into the retail showroom featured in all locations of the flooring distributor. Retail construction of subsequent stores has followed and we look forward to the success of another great partnership.
