Wall Promenade shopping center is a multi-building retail center currently under construction by The Bannett Group on the site of an 88,000 square foot unoccupied former furniture building in Wall Twp, NJ. The project consists of three separate retail buildings (40,000 square feet, 9,000 square feet and 8,200 square feet respectively) constructed over the course of overlapping phases. Tenants will include Aldi, Planet Fitness, MedExpress Urgent Care, Starbucks and Pancheros, to name a few. The Bannett Group was also responsible for the site work for the entire center, along with the construction of the interior fit out for the MedExpress and the Aldi fit-out starting later this year.
