Comcast is shaking up their customer service experience with new locations that reflect more of a retail atmosphere than previous facilities. Constructed by The Bannett Group, the most recent Comcast Xfinity store grand opening celebration took place today at the Roosevelt Mall location on Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia. The 4,000 square foot store will display the cable company’s new products and features, as well as handle equipment return and bill payment. This is the first location completed by The Bannett Group, with more stores currently under construction in the Greater Philadelphia area.
