Design/Build Construction Company seeking a Jobsite Superintendent with approximately 3-5 years of commercial construction experience. Projects range $500K to $5m. Assistant Project Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role is a full-time, exempt salaried position for commercial building construction. This is NOT a remote position. Some daily travel is required to reach projects during the week for meetings and inspection of the work. A personal vehicle is required, and the company reimburses travel expenses at company rates. Benefits will include generous PTO, health, dental, vision, insurance, life insurance, and 401(k).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Our team is using Procore as the primary document management and project management tool, along with other technology such as Sage Timberline, Microsoft Project, Plan Grid, EarthCam, MS Office, and others. Prior experience for this role is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Attention to detail, management of tight time schedules, working collaboratively, and maintaining client relationships are paramount to success. Past successful candidates have had at least a two-year technical or business degree, and most often have been graduates of a four-year program in Construction Management. Working knowledge of basic accounting, engineering, and project management are crucial to meeting the minimum requirements.
Responsibilities:
You will be supporting a Project Manager with daily tasks such as managing subcontractors, coordinating daily activities on the site, creating weekly look-ahead schedules, meeting with building inspectors, managing deliveries, working with owner representatives, maintaining as-built documents and surveys, helping to update overall project time schedules and other ongoing project tasks.

Project Architect
The Bannett Group is in search of a Project Architect to work with our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will work with our clients on their projects from inception to completion and beyond. The Project Architect will work in cooperation with the construction project manager assigned to the project as co-team leaders. This team is responsible for the overall project. The project management team will be responsible for programming, scheduling (design and construction) and budgets. The project management team will work together through the construction administration phase to ensure project continuity.
Other responsibilities include:
- Project Architect will be required to assist the staff with questions concerning codes, construction detailing, as well as project systems and procedures.
- Review all project documents (perform redlines) prior to release to our construction staff or the client.
- Project Architect is responsible for implementing the the project team’s production schedule.
- In an effort to improve and maintain the computer software and hardware used by the staff all staff members are required to participate in CAD review meetings.
- Project Architect responsibilities will include the production of the required CAD documents.
