The restaurant construction sector continues to boom and it’s a sweet spot for The Bannett Group. Our latest new restaurant construction project was for IHOP — the legendary pancake chain. For their newest location, IHOP chose to occupy a newly constructed 5,000 square foot space in Williamstown, NJ to showcase the brand’s most current restaurant features and amenities. The expansive kitchen set-up is specifically designed to generate stacks of pancakes while the dining room’s high ceilings create a bright, spacious feel. Plentiful windows flood the room and its multiple booth and tables with natural light, creating a perfect setting for breakfast (or any other meal).
