Construction on another self storage facility is underway, this one in Dearborn, MI. The project involves the conversion of two single story office buildings into one self storage location. Renovation of the 107,000+ square feet of space includes interior demo, HVAC, electrical and plumbing modifcations, as well as limited sitework to sidewalks and entrances.
