The Construction Management delivery method was developed decades ago in an effort to provide a better project value than the traditional design-bid-build method (general contracting). This method is frequently used by clients who have already selected an architect and GC and have either too little time or too little experience to manage the project efficiently on their own.
Under a construction management agreement, we act as your facilitator — marshalling the people, materials, and equipment necessary to move your project forward efficiently. We assume the risk.
