As Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom opens, we’re reminded of how clients who have come to trust our work, frequently ask us to support their development needs outside our typical geographical region. The Bannett Group’s most recently completed project took us out to Pueblo, CO. The Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom was a ground-up construction project of a 5,000 square foot pad site restaurant.
