The Bishops Gate industrial renovation project is unique in that the majority of the construction happened at the back of the house. Ten new additional bay doors were added to the existing docks at the end of the warehouse. Site work along the warehouse’s back end had to be reworked to accommodate the new slate of doors, along with underpinning the foundation to support the new structure. In addition to the renovation of the back of the building, the 6,600 square foot office at the front of the house received the renovation treatment as well, giving the entire building a functional and modernizing facelift. The Bannett Group served as the architect as well as the builder for the entire renovation.
