The owners of Contemporary Graphic Solutions commissioned The Bannett Group to design and construct their new headquarters in Camden, NJ. The 120,000 square foot commercial renovation turned a former storage warehouse into a functional office and industrial work space for their sizable printing business. The result was a transformation of an outdated and unsightly building into a modernized space that is now 15% more energy efficient that the most stringent requirements. The decreased energy output is due in part to a highly reflective roof, LED lighting throughout the building and a high efficiency central chiller system.
The entire interior of the 70 year old building was gutted and restored, and was expanded from the original footprint. The exterior facade received a much needed facelift and the main entrance was relocated and reconstructed to include an inviting new lobby and elegant conference rooms. The increased space, enhanced industrial capabilities, improved entrances and parking lot combine to provide Contemporary Graphic’s 175+ employees with a productive work environment on a daily basis. The Bannett Group is to proud to have been involved in a project that helped revitalize and bring new life to the area.
