The Children of America childcare center construction project is part of a larger shopping center revitalization in Cinnaminson, NJ. The new 10,000 square foot childcare center consists of 10 classrooms, ranging in size from 1,000 to 425 square feet, 12 bathrooms, a pantry & food prep area and a large indoor play area designed to replicate an outdoor city market. The center also boasts a large outdoor play area, complete with a splash pad for the hot summer months. The school accommodates children starting as infants and all the way through Kindergarten.
The renovated shopping center includes the completed Children of America building, along with a future two story self storage facility currently under construction in the main building that formerly housed a large grocery store chain. The project will also feature a new restaurant in a future pad site on premises.
