The Bannett Group is always excited to be part of a project that transforms an outdated, vacant property into a new commercial enterprise making a positive contribution to the local economy. Such was the case with the Deptford Retail Center. The design build retail project involved the demolition of an unoccupied, two story fitness center and constructed a multi-tenant retail building in its place. The new 21,000 square foot building houses a tile shop and a BBQ restaurant, giving the property a much needed face lift.
