Meadows at Cross Keys is a design-build shopping center project commissioned by Bryn Mawr Investments Company. The multi-phase project consists of multiple retail strip centers, pad sites and site work. The Bannett Group is responsible for the architecture as well as the construction. The first phase of the project (completed in the Fall of 2014) was comprised of a 13,000 square foot retail strip center with accompanying site work. Phase II includes a 13,000 additional pad site.
