Always eager to collaborate on a project with a new client, The Bannett Group was excited to take on the Phelps Medical Associates office fit out project in Dobbs Ferry, NY. The 5,700 square foot second floor medical office interior design build was divided into two separately functioning offices, one a primary care facility and the other an imaging center. Each new space has its own waiting area and check-in counter, in addition to 3 different types of imaging rooms, one cardiac stress test area and 9 exam rooms. The sharp, clean design resulted in a modern new medical office for a prominent local hospital system that we were happy to construct.
