The professional office renovation of Rothkoff Law Offices was a unique design build project that involved an extensive interior fit-out, as well as a second floor addition that bridged two existing office buildings into one space. The challenge came in designing the connective aspects internally and externally, while also updating both existing exteriors to coordinate with and complement the middle addition. The 6,500 square foot conjoined conversion is a great example of how to maximize the benefits of the design build process for a commercial office renovation.
