Somers Point Plaza is another recent example of a shopping center that experienced a full facade overhaul. In addition to new paint and an updated exterior facade across all storefronts, the Somers Point, NJ center renovation featured a new Target store at the site of a former Kmart previously located in the strip. The tenant space was prepared and equipped as needed for the incoming Target store.
