In collaboration with corporate Walgreens and various developers, The Bannett Group has built over 100 Walgreens Pharmacy stores throughout the tri-state area. A very successful multi-site construction enterprise, our involvement has included design-build, exclusively design or construction and project management services.
Our catalog of completed Walgreens extends throughout the state of NJ, along with locations in PA, DE, NH and NY. Stores range in size from 8,000 to 14,820 square feet and incorporate a variety of project types and scope, including new construction, interior fit-outs, site work, renovations and additions.
