Built on the site of a former furniture store, the Wall Promenade multi-building retail construction project resulted in the creation of an expansive new shopping center. This was a large project, consisting of 3 separate retail buildings, multiple interior fit-outs and site work throughout the entire 10 acre site. The largest building totals 40,000 square feet and houses a Planet Fitness & Aldi store. The smaller buildings, 8,200 & 6,550 square feet, boast a Starbucks, MedExpress Urgent Care, Pancheros, Club Pilates and other national retail brands. The Bannett Group was also responsible for the interior fit-outs of the 22,800 square foot Aldi, as well as the MedExpress and Club Pilates stores.
