One of the fastest growing brands in the fast-casual restaurant sector is Zoёs Kitchen (NYSE: ZOES). The Bannett Group was thrilled to handle the restaurant interior construction for the brand’s second New Jersey location. The 2,800 square foot fit-out and additional patio area was part of a larger overhaul of the existing building, serving to accommodate multiple retail tenants. The bright and colorful decor is a perfect compliment to the fresh, light Mediterranean fare for which Zoёs is famous.
