Construction is underway on a new Floor and Decor store in Springfield, NJ with kickoff for another store in Owings Mills, MD starting in September. Both locations are out of the ground stores utilizing tilt up construction, which will help to streamline the process and keep the jobs moving at steady pace. When completed, the 72,000 square foot Springfield location and 65,500 square foot Owings Mills location will be the second and third Floor & Decor stores constructed by TBG.
