A large TBG renovation project is currently underway with a new Floor & Decor store in Aspen Hill, Maryland. The hard surface flooring company is currently redeveloping a former Kmart location into their newest store. The 83,000 square foot project includes the Floor & Decor fit-out, along with a new storefront and a demising wall for a future tenant.
