Renovation of part of the Newport Centre mall has begun in Jersey City, NJ. The 186,600 square foot former Sears store will be divided up into 4 new tenants during the renoavtion, one of which being a Dick’s Sporting Goods. Demo is currently underway with construction of the new tenant spaces starting in the summer.
