In TBG’s first venture into the state of West Virginia, Marshalls Potomac Marketplace is currently under construction in Ranson. The project consists of the interior demolition and renovation of a former Staples to make room for a new Marshalls store. In addition to the reno, an 11,000 square foot addition will be added to the back of the store, bringing the entire new space to a total of 22,000 square feet. TBG will also handle the Marshalls fit-out.
