As the new Phelps Medical office space opens in Dobbs Ferry, NY, the project marks the most recent collaboration between The Bannett Group and Phelps Memorial Hospital system. The 5,700 square foot second floor medical office renovation in Dobbs Ferry, NY was a design-build project that included two separate waiting rooms, 9 exam rooms and 3 types of diagnostic imaging spaces. The glass paneled common areas and rich wood tone flooring make the new office seem sophisticated without being pretentious. TBG has performed other projects for Phelpsin Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow.
