There are two Total Wine stores currenly under construction in New Jersey. The 30,000 sf project converting a former Babies R Us to a new Total Wine in Totowa is wrapping up. And the relocation of previous store to a new 38,000 sf retail space in Cherry Hill is just beginning. As this is the start of our third store with Total Wine, we have a good handle on how to meet the client’s needs and expectations for constuction.
